FAQs

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the complexity of your specific tax situation or business needs. Because we believe in fair, transparent pricing without the “hidden fees” found at big-box firms, we provide a custom quote after an initial review of your requirements.

How do I get started with Impuestos United?

The best way to start is by filling out our Contact Form. From there, we will add you to our secure Client Portal where you can safely upload your documents. We review everything before our meeting to ensure a smooth, efficient consultation.

Do I need to meet with you in person, or can we work together virtually?

We offer both! You can visit us at our office for a face-to-face meeting, or we can handle the entire process virtually through our secure portal and video consultations. We adapt to whichever method is most convenient for your schedule.

What are your hours of operation?
  • Tax Season: Monday – Friday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Regular Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Closed on Sundays.
Can you help me with taxes from previous years?

Yes. We can help you file back taxes as far back as 2019. If you’ve missed a few years, we can help you get caught up and organized to avoid further IRS complications.

Do you offer services for new business owners?

Absolutely. We specialize in business registration, entity formation, and ongoing consultation. Whether you are starting a restaurant, a construction company, or a cleaning service, we help with everything from payroll and bookkeeping to sales tax and 1099 filings.

Is your staff bilingual?

Yes. We are fully fluent in both Spanish and English. We take pride in serving our community in the language they feel most comfortable using, ensuring nothing is “lost in translation” when it comes to your finances.

What documents do I need for my first consultation?

Generally, you will need your ID, Social Security or ITIN documents, and any income statements (W2s, 1099s). For business owners, records of expenses and mileage are also helpful. Once you are in our portal, we will provide a specific checklist tailored to your needs.
