It all starts with a simple step: Fill out our Contact Form. We’ll ask for your basic info—name, preferred language (English or Spanish), and which services you’re interested in (taxes, business formation, or consultation). Juan or a team member will reach out to confirm your needs.

Once we’ve connected, we’ll add your email to our Secure Client Portal via Taxdome. You’ll receive an invite to set up your account. This is a private, encrypted space where your sensitive financial data stays protected—no more risky email attachments or lost paperwork.

Inside the portal, you’ll see a checklist of what we need (W2s, 1099s, expense logs, etc.). You can simply snap a photo or upload PDFs directly from your phone or computer.

Unlike other firms that start the work while you’re sitting in the chair, we review your documents before our meeting. Gabriel, Paulina, or Juan will analyze your files to spot potential deductions and ensure everything is in order, saving you time and stress.

After you’ve reviewed and approved everything, we electronically file your taxes with the IRS. You’ll receive a digital copy of your completed return in your portal for your records, accessible whenever you need it.
